I come from a wine producing family in Spain and launched my own F&B company in Indonesia. Professionally, my career started around the Tech world so I wanted to merge my 2 passions in this project.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES YOUR BUSINESS SOLVE?
Democratizing access to investment grade wine & spirits for the general public. No more minimum investment, logistical and storage issues to overcome. We identified alternate assets as a growing investment vehicle that was mainly accessible to wealthier people.
WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?
Coming from a wine producing family I understand the world of wine & spirits is full or driven an passionate people. This inspired me into creating a community driven investment, CellarDAO, to bridge the gap and involve all different passionate people into one ecosystem.
WHAT IS YOUR MAGIC SAUCE?
We are building an ecosystem, not a single product. From the investment community which is CellarDAO to a marketplace called VINTAG3 (under development), we are building multiple entry points for users who want to invest and be part of the decision making process or other who prefer to decide themselves, buy and own a single bottle.
WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?
We aim to be the go to platform for tokenizing wine & spirits into blockchain, enabling the next wave of Web3 users that enter the ecosystem because they found a product with real value added.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?
Fundraising in a bear market has been the toughest challenge so far. Everything becomes more complicated when the market conditions are not in your favor so we have had to adapt and find ways to go around the challenges, from talking to small business angels to bootstrapping ourselves to make it to launch day.
