Sania khan: Stem Wizards Academia Is A Non-Profit Organization That Has Been Providing Continuing Stem Education For Both Schools And Individuals In Canada And Pakistan

January 3, 2023

STEM Wizards Academia is a non-profit organization that has been providing continuing STEM Education for both schools and individuals in Canada and Pakistan.

The purpose of our organization is to improve the future of our students and to promote individual well-being through enhanced learning, knowledge-sharing, and sustainable development.

Tell us about yourself?

I have always been fascinated about STEM fields and artificial intelligence as a computer science graduate. I founded STEM Wizards Academia because I was a web engineer and wanted to introduce cutting-edge technology to the education industry.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

1. Hire experienced People 2. Never let anyone dim your light 3. Treat yourself right and never settle for less

What problem does your business solve?

Pakistani children are not familiar with STEM fields or careers, particularly coding. Through various one-year programs that are both online and offline, we give them a high-quality education in STEM technologies.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

I had to work hard to acquire skills while I was growing up and even after I graduated, and that’s when I understood how crucial skill-based knowledge is. As the world is changing and new technologies are being introduced every day, I determined that I had to create a way for every student in Pakistan to learn these.

What is your magic sauce?

We don’t simply focus on educating or making money; at stem wizards academia, we help change the future of the kids by giving them a stable future and job.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We already have a Canadian office, but by 2024, we want to focus on the middle eastern market. We are also working on our Ed-Tech Platform that will be available by 2023 April.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

1. Incompetent team 2. Marketing the start-up 3. Lack of awareness among people

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
