Uday, Co-founder and CEO of Penta Falcon, is an emerging filmmaker and portfolio entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience and expertise in filmmaking, branding, and supply chain. He has earned numerous International and National awards including UN Women Award 2019 for his filmography and co-curricular activities. Uday has served as Chief Strategy Officer for multiple organizations and has held numerous board director positions. He is also Co-founder of Crack Brigade, a guerrilla advertising agency serving the brand marketing industry, and Co-founder of Dire Byte, a cyber security firm serving for the fourth industrial revolution.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

In the midst of a busy and demanding world, it’s essential to prioritize self-care. Take time to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Set aside moments for relaxation, engage in activities that bring you joy, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Remember that taking care of yourself is not selfish; it enables you to be at your best for others as well.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

In the year 2020, when Covid-19 has affected the whole world, Bangladesh also suffers from it. As a third-world developing country, we have a chance to destroy the whole economic system rather than other countries. In the meantime, people lose their jobs, shut down their businesses, and prefer to leave the capital for the reason of economic collapse. At that time some ambitious cool blood entrepreneurs thought about how to reverse the Post-Covid situation and sustain the automated supply chain.

Falcons create a strong methodology with double efforts to contribute to national infrastructure development. After passing 31 months, we can feel that our journey was more realistic, risky, and charming.

Falcons have a total of 18 years of versatile experience in various industries like Strategic Planning, Advertising & Branding, Information & Technology, Construction Procurement, Human Resources, and Public Development.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

From the birth of Penta Falcon, we have been taking the challenge of Covid-19 and the post-epidemic crisis, though we are on start-up. Our ‘back-to-back’ million figure revenues proved that we are on track to gain company valuation. Now we are happily welcoming the next global recession in 2023 with our generic strategy, ‘Survival of the fittest’ team, proactive management, and trustworthy customers.
