How did you end up as a CEO? What was your route to this position?
I started my journey as a gold medalist web developer and gradually honed my skills in various frameworks, languages, and technologies. Over the last 8 years, my passion for excellence and leadership qualities guided me to the position of CEO at Ninja Softs Private Limited. I’ve always believed in transforming ideas into functional, high-performing sites, and my relentless pursuit of excellence has helped me reach this pinnacle.
Why are you the right person to be the CEO of your company?
My unique combination of technical expertise and leadership skills makes me the right person to lead Ninja Softs Private Limited. With mastery in everything from full-stack development to server management, public dealing, teams management and performance optimization, I’ve guided our team to craft world-class web solutions. My gold medal distinction in computer science and keen eye for design align with our company’s mission and vision.
What gets you up in the morning?
The opportunity to innovate, create, and transform the digital landscape drives me every day. Knowing that I can lead my team to push boundaries and deliver excellence in web development and design fuels my enthusiasm and passion.
Who helped you get to where you are today?
I owe my success to dedicated mentors, supportive colleagues, and a fantastic team at Ninja Softs Private Limited. Their collective wisdom, encouragement, and hard work have shaped my career and allowed me to reach this level.
What is the best or worst business advice you have received and from whom?
The best business advice I ever received came from a wise mentor who once told me, “Stretch beyond your comfort zone, for that’s where growth truly blossoms.” It instilled in me a mindset that embraces challenges and constantly seeks improvement. On the other hand, the worst advice came indirectly from observing some colleagues early in my career who seemed content with stagnation. They taught me that complacency and surrounding oneself with those who don’t inspire growth can be fatal for personal and professional development. It was a lesson in what not to do and shaped my pursuit of excellence.
If you could go back in time to when you were a teenager, what life advice would you give yourself?
I would tell myself to embrace challenges, be patient, and never be afraid to pursue your dreams. Each failure is a lesson, and each success is a stepping stone to greatness.
What are the most important values you demonstrate as a leader?
Integrity, innovation, excellence, and empathy are the values I prioritize. I believe in leading by example, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining a relentless pursuit of quality.
How can a leader fail?
Definitely a leader fail, if his team is not capable or motivated enough to get success. A leader can fail by losing sight of the company’s vision, neglecting team dynamics, or failing to adapt to change. Complacency and a lack of empathy or flexibility can also lead to failure in leadership.
What does the next five years hold for you?
I envision expanding Ninja Softs Private Limited’s reach globally, continuously innovating, and nurturing the next generation of tech leaders within the company. I’m committed to maintaining our standard of excellence and pushing the boundaries of web development and software products.
Mentorship is a big business in the west, do you have any experience with it?
Yes, I am currently mentoring different IT teams outside my company as well. Sharing my expertise and helping others grow professionally is something I am passionate about.
If people want to reach out to your or your business, what is the best way for them to go about doing that?
I think LinkedIn & WhatsApp is the best way to connect with me. I believe in maintaining open channels of communication, and these platforms enable a seamless connection with both myself and Ninja Softs Private Limited.
