Thanks to Time doctor, basecamp, zoom etc.

Virtual Assistants take away the employers liability which enables businesses to scale and increase profitability. Virtual Talent takes the liability of VA’s from the businesses of taxes, sick pay, medical insurance, gratuity & provident fund contribution etc. Its a win win. All our VA’s are on an 8 hour shift, 5 days a week with monthly rolling contracts.

Tell us about yourself?

My background is sports. Recently i was a COO of a franchised based T20 Cricket League and due to COVID restriction had to induct talent in players draft through Virtual cricket trials and that’s where this idea clicked.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Should broaden your horizons and a success in one industry can be replicated in other provided you do your home work and a sound strategy to implement your success. It took me a while but i am so glad i took the risk and it is paying off. Future is digital and opportunities are immense. So exciting times.

What problem does your business solve?

Providing Virtual/Remote employees by eliminating employees liability for the employer.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Small businesses and start ups struggle with quality and employees wages. We provide highly qualified and skilled employees working remotely for these businesses at a fraction of the cost. This enables Solo business entrepreneur to scale as his back rather than spending more time in business administration tasks.

What is your magic sauce?

Our screening process to put the right fit VA in front of our client for final interview. Our training before the onboarding so that the business don’t have to spend time in training their new virtual employee and above all highly skilled, experienced and qualified VA’s with exceptional English writing and speaking skills with close to perfect accents.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

As i said future is digital. I can predict that in future Virtual Assistants will have virtual rooms operating from different employers. We want to head in that direction by creating a Virtual Talent valley where employer and employee interact through video or create their own virtual office on our virtual valley platform.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Challenges keep you moving in the right direction. Businesses plateau then management need to revisit their strategies to keep progressing.

We believe in financial reward for our VA’s which keep them motivated and loyal to their employer. We invest in our VA’s personal development to gain their loyalty and quarterly performance based increments.

We have manage to retain VA’s consistently after adopting this approach. Our VA’s leaving ratio was high and that was the biggest challenge in the beginning. Now we have a retention percentage of 97% in the last quarter.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Businesses want to reduce their operational cost, increase profitability by minimizing liabilities. All startups, solo, small and medium size businesses are our potential clients regardless of the industry they are in. We can cater for their employment needs so that they can spend more time on scaling their business and making important decisions for their business with this peace of mind that our VA’s are providing them that support.
