Tell us about yourself?
I have always enjoyed executing my career as a Project Manager & Digital Marketing. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I got into entrepreneurship when I was 19 years old.
I kicked of my career as a freelancer in my undergrad days, where I helped startups find their niches and help them create a strong website presence.
This gave me a touch to start my own venture. Right after I got into business one of my first client was from a copywriting industry who taught me to work in Digital Marketing field. This tempted me to start learning this skillset and helped business owners successfully launch their products and services.
The human brain is the craziest place, and there are a couple of things that really inspire me about my job, being a Digital Marketer and Digital Analyst.
First, is the concept of consumer logic and their attitude when they make a purchase.
And second: the challenge of communicating in a way that persuades and convinces consumers always requires optimization – so you’re optimizing that is both rational and irrational.
I apply the same thinking method in marketing a product that I also involve in supreme leadership because whether you’re connecting with consumers or with your team, you’re connecting with the fun irrationality of their logic – in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome, and also optimize and scale for future growth.
Previously, I built and led the Demand Generation Marketing Team at a startup based in Islamabad Pakistan, bringing a couple of new products and services to the market.
Later on, I created a successful business strategy for a young startup brand working in a prop-tech blockchain real estate company based in Ohio Cincinnati named AKRU LLC.
I was working in REITS in Ohio Cincinnati, my director really inspired me with the technology and how it is technically working.
This gave me an idea to help people who have no idea what blockchain and what crypto is. Me along with my technical developer created a learning platform that uses the power of blockchain to help individuals earn while they learn.
We gave them access to fractional ownership and gave them partial ownership in NFTs they create. Once they are trained they are placed with top crypto web space companies in Web3.0.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. This quote has rung a lot of bells in my head when it comes to creating a startup by putting a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it.

What is the inspiration behind your business?
Ever since my childhood I had a passion to help people get to know what technology is helping people grow.
At the age 20 we came up with this idea and made an entry into world of IT and Marketing. In Asia, $5BN market, has almost 65% people unemployed specially who are working in technical development are facing major issues.
At Shobi we are leveraging them by placing them with top crypto companies. Our main target is tech-savvy person who is looking for full time remote permanent employment with Web3.0 companies. Our main problem is massive unemployment in technical world.
What is your magic sauce?
We differ in a lot of ways. Firstly, we are providing an LMS at the lowest price. We are providing employment, remotely, to every individual.
We are not charging up front price to any developer. In South Asia we are the only firm providing web 3 enabled remote employment.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
In the next 5 years we are looking to expand our operations in Japan, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia. Later in the following years we are looking to collaborate with top crypto summits such as LA BC summit, UK London NFT expo, & Polygon.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The major and only issue I have faced in this tenure is Managing Remote Employees. It is quite tough to manage remote employees even using micro management still major concerns are raised.
Most of the time employees are caught while watching Netflix or staying idle. Yet this is what we are trying to overcome.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Our vision in this time is to help +2M companies get 200,000 developers so every technical person is employed with their respective employers.
We are training them at the lowest price globally at $300 and giving them an acquisition with crypto space development company.
The world is changing and adopting new practices that is allowing them to get more employment in emerging markets. We are looking to collab with marketing & crypto summits in Europe, Africa, Asia & Americas.
