While other social media platforms earn billions through targeted advertisements and maximising ad revenue, where content creators receive none of that! and somehow you are getting completely cut out of the equation. And We think this will be changed as social media tokens will come into play so that users can also be cut into that.

Social tokens, so what are these? Well, it’s a way of creating a token centered around a community where the token benefits the community members.

Social tokens can be bigger than decentralised finance, or defi as you know defi has the power to disrupt banks and financial institutions. where as social tokens have the ability to disrupt every kind of business even outside the financial sector and so that is why this a revolutionary.

The goal is to provide viewers with technological and financial tools in order to determine the long-term course of the social economy, which will effect the platform and the product. In the blockchain world, they directly hold their assets and may use their tokens to connect and transact in and out of the app.

Tell us about yourself?

I’m Co-Founder & CEO of SeriAmigo, a Social Community on Blockchain. SeriAmigo is a brainchild of young entrepreneurs who aspire to innovate through technology solutions to make college life more fun and cheerful for students. I’m currently pursuing Btech in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET), Patiala, India.

I am a blockchain and social token enthusiast who loves cutting-edge technology and is a believer in tech that being fundamentally more futuristic is crucial than technology happening the traditional way, and this is what has brought me in this line.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Just keep working hard and stay focus, Growing a successful business takes time, dedication, and hard work.

What problem does your business solve?

We are trying to incentivise the viewer of social media, with a new era of social media which will enable students to form bonds, learn in teams, enjoy college life and grow together to lead a successful and happy career pathway that is how the college life is exactly meant to be.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Inspiration behind our business is the mindset of solving gen-z’s issue with the latest technology and help them by creating a community of what they need, where the end user is not the product but the owner itself.

What is your magic sauce?

We don’t think end user as our product, because there’s a say, ” when a service free you are a product “, But here our end user is the owner of the platform and has a share in the way of social token.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Our next 5 year plan is the expand to global level and create the world’s largest and smartest community , to expand a platform where the proposed platform will fill the gap that exists in the colleges both in terms of emotional and instrumental support that students need.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The biggest challenge was to build a team of great strength and that too from diverse section. We have successfully built a team, having developers of immense knowledge of there field, have ownboard some of the smartest people out there.
