TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF?

My background is in marketing and sales. A little backstory; I have always been a part of my design agency, Zensite, until now. However, several years ago, I somehow set foot in the Web3 scene as a community manager of Stacks (Formerly known as Blockstack). With lots of talk about user owning their assets and data, Web3 looks extremely promising as a force of good in this world. With all of those experiences, it naturally put me in where I am right now.

IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME A YEAR OR TWO, WHAT PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOURSELF?

 
If I had to go back to 2012, I would whisper to Joshua Yap of 2012, ‘You shouldn’t have gotten a girlfriend. You could have bought Bitcoin instead of chocolates and flowers.’ I could have been a millionaire instead of getting heartbreak. Funny as it sounds, but I share the same thoughts as millions across the world.

Our business focuses on solving the user experience challenges’ digital products face; we do this by optimizing and designing new UX, which improves core metrics.

WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?

 
The world needs better design. You would notice the roads, buildings, infrastructure, systems, services, livelihood, and many more are actually poorly designed for the world of billions. We hope to be the influence like Jony Ive; our agency is just the starting point of influence that we are actively building towards.

WHAT IS YOUR MAGIC SAUCE?

Our guaranteed ROIs via design are our magic sauce. In the past 3 years, not a single client who worked with us has experienced zero additional revenue from the improved UX.

WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?

Our plans for the next 5 years is to become the biggest design agency in APAC; and to be known as the design agency that solves difficult user experience challenges.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?

The COVID-19 pandemic is actually the biggest challenge we have faced as a business. It was hard trying to be creative when everyone was forced to stay home.

HOW DO PEOPLE GET INVOLVED/BUY INTO YOUR VISION?

We want businesses who has a digital product to start working with us on helping them to improve their design and user experience; so that they could enjoy better metrics and ROIs.
