We are an events management company. We do everything that is not traditional advertising like sales conferences, launches, festivals, campus tours etc.
Tell us about yourself?
I was a leader in our student council and thats what I would do – do events. So i thought “Why not turn this into a business” and so in 1991 thats what I did.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Watch the cashflow. Its important that you keep your cashflow + all the time.
What problem does your business solve?
problems with organizing events and reaching to your clients directly.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I wanted to prove that with the right budget, anything and everything was possible. I had that no give up attitude.
What is your magic sauce?
You have to be passionate about what you do. A leader that knows how to call the shots is important. Often times, its not just coming up with the right decision that counts but also the timing. A right decision done at the wrong time is useless.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
I want to be able to hire and teach more people. The have everything in house once again so I can control situations.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The pandemic locked up the Philippines and so there is no events. Without events, keeping the families of my employees fed was a challenge.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Well… have the same attitude. The never say die attitude.
