(Indonesia) Pavel Polovinka: We are developing a website and an app for parents to help them in the process of choosing additional education and various offline activities for their children.

A QUICK INTRODUCTION ABOUT WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES/YOUR VALUES/MISSION.

In Indonesia there is a lack of comprehensive and reliable information on educational institutions available, and no existing solutions for parents to easily find resources for their child to gain additional skills. Additionally, there are no products for educational institutions to effectively showcase themselves.

We are developing a website and an app for parents to help them in the process of choosing additional education and various offline activities for their children. It also will be used by studios and teachers to promote their offerings

WHAT PROBLEM DOES YOUR BUSINESS SOLVE?

Indonesia is in a transitional phase, where attitudes towards traditional education are changing. Parents are becoming increasingly aware that their children need more than just attending school and completing homework. However, there are currently limited resources available for parents to find information about offline educational courses, making it difficult for them to make informed decisions about the best options for their child. Additionally, private teachers and additional education providers often lack the means and knowledges to promote themselves and teach effectively, making it challenging for them to attract and retain students. As a result, parents struggle to find fun and engaging activities for their children during weekends or after-school hours. The need for a platform that connects parents and educators, and helps them make informed decisions is dire

WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?

We aim to connect teachers of all subjects, from math to dance, with students seeking personalized and effective learning opportunities.
We at Kidspace team are not attempting to revolutionize the entire education system, we don’t have the goal of becoming a global game-changer, we still believe in the effectiveness of offline education. Our goal is to create a tool that will allow private teachers, schools and additional course providers in Indonesia to make themselves known, to look at what and how others are doing. We want to share our vision, best practices and help them elevate their teaching methods to the next level.
By providing teachers with a platform we hope to empower them to grow their businesses and boost the offline education market in Indonesia.

WHAT IS YOUR MAGIC SAUCE?

We will be able to provide only the information a parent needs to make a decision, help them with their choices, and match them with the right places for their child’s profile. We will help create memorable content for children’s studios, educational and recreational facilities; each facility will have its own mini-site to share news, new launches, and news

WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?

We’d like to become the number #1 application for parents in Indonesia, that will cover different needs. Perhaps it will become a marketplace for children’s goods, perhaps it will turn into a news portal about children’s events taking place in the city.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?

I’d be lying if I said we knew something exclusive about the audience. We have a large and fairly clear audience, we understand their habits and the difficulty of selling them a new product. But we do not yet have answers to what exactly we need to do to draw attention to ourselves, to sell our product, and to start a good viral cycle within the product. We will try a lot, communicate a lot with the audience with the finished product and understand in what direction we need to move and what to focus on next

HOW DO PEOPLE GET INVOLVED/BUY INTO YOUR VISION?

If you teach offline, dance, vocal, or something traditional. If you are good at IT and are willing to teach it to others. If you have only thoughts of starting something to teach children – leave your information on our site and we will share with you all the information on how to get you started
