What problem does your business solve?

What is the inspiration behind your business?
I read a lot of stories of world-renowned Entrepreneurs and their stepping stones to success, which inspired me to start my own business. I’m a big believer in the power of one — that one person, one action, can have a ripple effect that can make a difference.
Nowadays, many non-IT businesses are trying to solve their IT problems themselves, which diverts their focus.
Taking control of technical issues on your own might be risky. We aim to support those businesses with our IT minds and help them to focus only on their key business area.
We’re here to help companies to boost user efficiency and productivity while reducing costs by outsourcing or augmenting their IT department, ensuring a reliable network and seamless day-to-day business operations.
What is your magic sauce?
Transparency is our magic sauce. We provide our IT services at a much lower cost than our competitors, but with an exceeding level of customer satisfaction.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We currently support our customers remotely. We aim to have our physical presence across multiple countries in the Southeast Asia region, which will enable us to reach and help our customers even more efficiently.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
We faced difficulty with our Sales & Marketing processes since we currently have a minor team. To use the best of our efficiency, we decided to purchase the best suite of CRM products from the market, which solves many of our challenges. Another major challenge is funding.
Since we have yet to reach out to potential investors and are currently managing with only self-funding, we couldn’t dream big yet.
We are moving one step at a time but never turning back. Once we receive funding, we have plans to expand our team further and reach our vision sooner.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Business success is really about building mutually beneficial partnerships. Some well-established MSPs with a large clientele may come across clients too “small” for them.
We can work with them and make their small clients our first clients. Local businesses who are trying to hire Sysadmins or IT Engineers can reach out to Techark and subscribe to our support packages which are the most cost-effective.
